Live Training with Alison Doner for New Hires

Alison Doner is leading 4 days of LIVE training for you and your staff. This session is geared more towards newer team members but I can guarantee you and your more tenured staff will get so much out of it as well.

The live training sessions are from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Eastern Monday through Thursday.

Each attendee needs to only register once to be able to attend all 4 sessions and to receive their unique link to join.

I will NOT send the registration information to your staff. If you want them to participate, forward this email to them and get them registered.

  • Why insurance matters/why what we do matters

  • Goal setting-income, premium/items/points

Day 3

  • Coverage discussions/Stories
  • Parts of a policy
  • Different lines of insurance
  • Underwriting
  • Claims
  • ASIC
  • Advocates
  • Tech Support
  • Q&A

Day 4

  • Being Reactive vs Proactive
  • Prospecting/close rates/follow up processes/sales goals
  • Field underwriting/RMPS
  • Relational vs transaction/clerical
  • Coverage discussions/Stories
  • ALR
  • Prioritizing
  • Go over personal goals again and agency goals
  • Q&A and a challenge
