Craig and his Agency consistently win top awards and recognitions year after year. Craig understands that developing a solid team of winners is crucial for success. His true passion is coaching and developing teams to reach their full potential. This is why he has multiple award-winning Sales Agents that write over 100 items every single month.

Joseph Puckett

Joseph Puckett President of Operations - Craig Wiggins Coaching

Joseph Puckett is a 2006 graduate of The University of Alabama. After spending 3 years in the banking and financial services industry, he started a scratch insurance agency. Joseph met Craig Wiggins 1.5 years later and joined Craig's team in March of 2011.

Since then, Joseph has grown in his role and now is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Craig's agency including recruiting, management, coaching and development, and more. Joseph is also President of Operations of Craig Wiggins Coaching and manages the company and team and works very closely with CWC Coaching, Mentoring, and Inner Circle members every month training Agency Owners and their Staff to transform agencies all across the country!

Joseph has three amazing children with his high school sweetheart wife Lauren and loves investing time with them. He is also a raving fan of Taco Bell and Diet Mountain Dew. 

David Williams

David Williams Co-Founder - Team Hired

David Williams is a 10+ year insurance agency owner & entrepreneur from Rochester New York. He keeps his family, business and community at the forefront. 

David always had an entrepreneurial spirit from his father and decided he was going to go all-in creating a life on his own terms. He took an unfortunate situation and turned it into a $20 Million dollar insurance agency from scratch. David has mentored other insurance agents all around the country some of which he helped coach to become seven-figure earners in the insurance space.

David’s success in the insurance business has led to him to his next chapter of starting a  recruiting & training company Team Hired and his non-profit Inspiranation designed to spread acts of good to others within their local communities.

Thomas Bianco

Thomas Bianco C0-Founder - Team Hired

Thomas Bianco has more than 20 years of experience in business, marketing, and sales. In addition to his role at Team Hired, Tom owns Bianco Insurance Agencies LLC “Allstate Agencies”, Bianco Restoration Services LLC, and Three Degree LLC.  

At Allstate, he’s a proud owner of four agencies and proud to say he’s built his $15 Million dollar book of business in less than 9 years. Tom received his degree on the streets of Pittsburgh rolling up his sleeves for his customers, referral partners, and prospects every day.  

He believes in simple but repeatable process that can be duplicated in any business to generate consistent returns on investments. That is exactly what you will learn from him through this program. His greatest passion is for his wife and family.
