In addition to the two group sessions every month participants will also receive a hiring packet that includes comp plans, job descriptions, hiring graphics already done for you, a return on investment calculator for employees, interview questions, and more! You will also receive support as needed from a CWC Success Coach which includes up to 10 “Final Cut” Interviews that we will conduct to give you our opinion of the candidate.
- 2 Meetings Per Month with Mark Mercer (or another CWC Coach if he is unavailable) on Wednesdays at Noon Eastern/ 11:00 Central. The first meeting of the month will be on topics such as How To Create A Job Ad That Attracts The Applicants YOU Want, Interviewing For The Best Candidates, Interview Role Play, Onboarding, and more! The second meeting of each month will address questions and problems regarding the monthly topic, offer solutions and ideas, plus open Q&A.
