Maria McNeely began her career with Allstate in 2018 at Alison Doner’s agency. Her experience with hiring, coaching, mentoring, training and teaching team members began 20 years ago.
Throughout her years in the agency, she held multiple roles within sales, service and hybrid positions. She was able to build systems and processes to help the agency adapt and grow. Her love for teaching and educating helped her build trust with customers and elevate the team members around her.
Through practical systems, communication strategies, and real-world application, she has supported hundreds of agencies and thousands of team members in building confidence, professionalism, and high-performing team cultures.

MARIA'S PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM
In 2022, Maria joined the CWC team as the Education and Learning Consultant. Her passion for helping others learn and develop led to her creating multiple classes and coaching programs that have proven to improve performance individually and as an agency. Her knowledge, processes, and feedback have helped many CWC members overcome many of the challenges and obstacles that so many agencies deal with.
Maria is known for isolating the issue and focusing on the problems upstream rather than just surviving by tackling what is in front of you. Her positive attitude and creative tactics make it easy for team members to step up to the next level. From making sure team members understand why we do what we do, to using methods to quote and execute the sales process effectively, Maria is an asset for over extended agents and their teams.
Her Team Training program includes two or four zoom video training sessions with just you and your staff every month where she will coach and role play the CWC Scripts, CWC Sales Process Scorecard, Assumptive Close, Overcoming Objections, Generating Sales from Service, and more!
You get the chance to have Maria be the personal trainer for yourself and your team. She will customize the development plan and program for your staff to maximize the return on investment many times over.
