Terms and Conditions: Membership Subscription
Welcome to Craig Wiggins Coaching! By signing up for our membership subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Subscription:
- Upon signing up, you will become a member of Craig Wiggins Coaching.
- Your membership subscription will automatically renew each month on the date you originally subscribed.
- Payment for your membership subscription will be automatically drafted from your provided payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your On Demand membership subscription, you must contact support@craigwigginscoaching.com at least one business day in advance of your next scheduled payment.
- If you wish to cancel your Elite membership subscription, you must contact support@craigwigginscoaching.com at least 30 days in advance of your next scheduled payment.
- Failure to provide the required notice may result in the automatic renewal of your membership subscription for the following month, and you will be charged accordingly.
3. Changes to Subscription:
- To make changes to your subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, or changes to payment details, you must contact support@craigwigginscoaching.com at least one business day in advance of your next scheduled payment.
4. Billing and Payments:
- By providing your payment information, you authorize Craig Wiggins Coaching to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method each month.
- You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information in your account.
5. Refund Policy:
- Craig Wiggins Coaching does not offer refunds for membership subscriptions.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination:
- Craig Wiggins Coaching reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership subscription at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any prohibited conduct.
7. Communication:
- Craig Wiggins Coaching may communicate with you regarding your membership subscription via email or other electronic means.
8. Modifications:
- Craig Wiggins Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Craig Wiggins Coaching website.
9. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Content Usage:
- The content provided as part of your Craig Wiggins Coaching membership subscription is for your personal use only.
