With nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Daniela has built a career marked by dedication, expertise, and a passion for helping both clients and fellow agents succeed.

Her journey with began as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to a role at the District Office in 2005. In 2010, driven by ambition and vision, she opened her own agency, laying the foundation for a thriving business that continues to grow.

Daniela’s agency has consistently ranked among the best, achieving Topper Club recognition every year and earning multiple honors, including Championship, Presidents Council (PC), MDRT, and Century Club.

Today, she leads a high-performing team of 19 staff members across two locations in the Houston area, managing an impressive $17 million in premium and overseeing 10,000+ policies in force.

Beyond running a successful agency, Daniela has spent the past 20 years working with over 1,000 agencies across multiple carriers, including Farmers, Allstate, and independent agencies.

Her firsthand experience in every agency role has given her deep insights into what it takes to succeed in the industry, and she’s passionate about helping other agents and teams optimize their sales, service, and operations.

When she’s not leading her team or mentoring others, Daniela enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling.
