I was raised in a small town in SE Oklahoma. It was there that I was taught the meaning of true work ethic from my amazing “teenage parents” who sacrificed everything for me and put me in a position to win at life.
They taught me to never quit until the job is done.
I was given an opportunity with Farmers Insurance in 2004, a 25-year-old kid with a dream. The first five years were far from successful. After the fifth year, I was given a new (DM/Mentor) that changed my life forever. He taught me how to believe in Farmers, how to believe in myself, and the most important part, you cannot out-give God.
Through these 14 years of growth, I have improved my agency from 1 million in premium to 15 million. I have qualified 13 times for Topper club, 10 times for President’s Council, 8 different Championships, and 8 MDRTs. In 2017, I won the Tyler and Leavy Award for Farmers, which is based on business results and leadership for the agency force and giving back to fellow agents.
I began my journey as a coach because I wanted to impact my fellow agents like my mentor impacted me.
I wanted to help create successful agents across the country and support them.
I wanted to create something relatable, implementable, and measurable for everyone.
